Stellar Pathways is helping make room for more Dearborn County residents to call home!
In our second Stellar project update, we visit the North Dearborn Village expansion by project partners IHCDA, LifeTime Resources, LifeTime Housing Group, and SICPDC. This project will add 11 accessible apartments for adults age 55 and older, creating more opportunities for independent living close to home.
The expansion is Dearborn County’s first Stellar Pathways project to break ground — and an example of what community partners can accomplish together.
The One Dearborn County Stellar Pathways Initiative and Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs are helping communities invest in places, housing, parks and services that make life better for our residents.
