In September 2010, three-year-old, Jack Carpenter, was instantly killed on North
Dearborn Road as the result of a distracted driver. The Foundation has since purchased a driving
simulator along with donating play ground equipment and money to local schools and monetary
donations to the Children’s Advocacy Center.
This year Jack’s Forever 3 is donating money to the North Dearborn Community Park and miscellaneous items to the CAC. The organizaation is holding the Jack’s Forever 3 5K Run/Walk “Still Running” event on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 Time: 8:45am -10:30am (approximately). Registration is on race day at the Bright Christian Church, or just come on over for the festivities!
