Teen Crafternoon- Insect in Amber Soaps

Life finds a way… especially at Teen Crafternoons! Create your own prehistoric-inspired “insect in amber” soap using melt-and-pour soap and plastic bugs that look like they’ve been perfectly preserved for millions of years. In this hands-on craft, you’ll trap your specimen in golden soap just like something you might see in a certain dinosaur-themed science lab. All supplies are provided—just bring your creativity and prepare for a craft that’s 65 million years in the making. 1:30 p.m. Mon., July 20, Lawrenceburg Main Library. Teens.
