The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of the Women of Distinction Awards, celebrating the outstanding contributions of local women to the community. This prestigious recognition honors women who have made a significant positive impact on Dearborn County, inspiring others to contribute to the betterment of the region.
Nominations are now open and will be accepted until the end of August. Community members are invited to nominate women who exemplify leadership, dedication, and a passion for service. To submit a nomination, please visit tinyurl.com/DCWoD2026. You can fill out your nomination form online, or print out a physical copy and send it in to The Dearborn County Chamber office at 320 Walnut St, Lawrenceburg. Copies of the nomination form will also be available in the office. The 2026 Women of Distinction recipients will be announced in early September.
The awards will be presented at a luncheon on Thursday, October 1st, at 11:30 AM at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the achievements of these remarkable women and show support for their invaluable contributions to our community.
